Situation 42.67.1. Here $(S, \delta )$ and $(S', \delta ')$ are as in Situation 42.7.1. Furthermore $g : S' \to S$ is a flat morphism of schemes and $c \in \mathbf{Z}$ is an integer such that: for all $s \in S$ and $s' \in S'$ a generic point of an irreducible component of $g^{-1}(\{ s\} )$ we have $\delta (s') = \delta (s) + c$.
